hello..=p i just came by from the making light blog and find that your photos are in sharp contrast to those beautiful scenery...
btw, imho it might be better for the sign to read like this (direct translation which sounded less irresponsible) "would all staff please lock your bike properly to prevent them from being stolen by the bad guys " which actually implies its not really safe there..(yep thats your translation...)
