I have arrived - in the PRC...It is the begining of my second year teaching - This year Culture, History and art. With alittle politics thrown in for good measure. Im teaching in Huaihua, Hunan Province.
I found your blog while searching for information on Huaihua. My husband and I are US citizens and we leave for China March 31 to adopt our new daughter who is from the Huaihua Social Welfare Institute in Huaihua City. I am writing because we will not be able to visit Huaihua, but would love to get images of Huaihua for our daughter's life book. If you are interested in sharing any photos you have of Huaihua we would be grateful.
Hey I just got back from four months in Xi'an as an exchange student. I love this blog b/c I've noticed everything that you're noticing like the numbers painted on walls everywhere. Good luck
